Leviton Vacancy Motion Sensor Switch

The Decora Vacancy Sensor is a wallbox sensor with a 180° PIR manual-on function. It is designed for single pole use and can handle up to 150W LED/CFL, 250W Incandescent/Halogen, 200VA Magnetic Low Voltage, 250VA Electronic Low Voltage, and 2A Resistive lights. Please note that the wallplate is sold separately.

This sensor is perfect for complying with the 2019 California Title 24, Part 6 Vacancy Control Device Requirements. It automatically turns off lights when it detects that the room is vacant. With a 180° field-of-view, it can cover an area of 900 sq. ft.

Installation is a breeze thanks to its slim profile that fits in most wallboxes. It can be installed with or without a neutral wire, but a ground connection is required.
